AbbVie will provide metrics and analytical information to its parent company AbbVie Inc. regarding how the Programme is working. This information will be provided on an aggregated basis and does not identify you individually.

Finally, AbbVie may also use anonymised data gathered through the Programme in research and publications to help future patients just like you, including engagement with the NHS.

Protection and deletion of personal data

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of your participation in the Programme and will thereafter be deleted, unless otherwise required by law.

Updates to this Privacy Notice

We will only use personal data in the manner described in the Privacy Notice in effect when the information was collected from you or as authorised by you. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Notice at any time, subject to any applicable consent and notice requirements. Any changes to this Privacy Notice will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. AbbVie encourages you to review this Privacy Notice regularly for any changes.

In accordance with the conditions and requirements of applicable law, you may also request that we erase or, restrict processing of such data or transmit such data to you or another data controller.

Note that if you withdraw consent or request restriction or deletion of your personal data, you may no longer be able to participate in the Programme or parts of it.
